fix(backend): 修复 Prisma 在 Alpine Linux 容器中的 OpenSSL 兼容性问题

在 generator client 中添加 binaryTargets，显式指定
linux-musl-openssl-3.0.x，解决 Alpine Linux 3.18+ 使用
OpenSSL 3.x 时 Prisma 引擎无法加载的问题。
